Which classes are right for me?

+ Please read through the Description of Classes to find a suitable difficulty level and an appropriate class. If you have never done yoga before, please attend a beginners class and arrive early in order to speak with the yoga instructor.

Can I book my spot?

+ All classes are first come, first serve. Bookings are not allowed.
+ Arrive early. Most classes will have a maximum number of participants.

What clothes and gear will I need?

+ Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.
+ Most yoga classes are taught barefoot.
+ Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat.

Can I use my cellphone?

+ Please turn off your cellphones, or switch them to silent for the duration of the class.

For your comfort:

+ Be sure your stomach is neither too full or too empty.
+ Don’t worry about what everyone else is doing — go at your own pace and respect the limits of your body.
